Tax Advantage Bloomberg Tax Advantage is a platform with centralized functionality for a suite of tax and accounting products that provides a common user interface, product integration, and centralized data management for tax departments to perform multiyear and multijurisdictional analysis • Fixed Assets Fixed Assets is a comprehensive fixed asset management solution that helps businesses improve processes for strategic cash tax management, generating accurate financial statements and tax filings, and promotes efficiencies in internal workflows through secure and ready access for users across organizations • Leased Assets Leased Assets is a comprehensive leased asset management solution that delivers end-to-end lessee-based lease accounting software, boosting organizations’ leased assets management efficiency with a single source of centralized data, automated processes, strong financial controls, accurate lease accounting, and reporting • State Tax Analyzer State Tax Analyzer enables corporate tax professionals and consultants who serve the market (i.e., CPAs, lawyers, etc.) to model out multistate, multiyear facts to conduct state tax analysis, replacing manual work traditionally performed in Microsoft Excel • Income Tax Planner Web Version (ITP Web) ITP Web helps tax, financial planning, and legal professionals streamline the tax planning process and reduce tax burdens for their clients 2. Tax Provision Tax Provision enables tax departments to forecast and calculate the tax provisioning for their organizations. 3 Workpapers Workpapers enables tax departments to be a strategic function by providing an end-to-end tax workpaper solution, purpose-built for tax professionals.

In response to the ongoing situation in Eastern Europe, Bloomberg Industry Group is actively monitoring our threat intelligence feeds for emerging cybersecurity threats and ensuring there are appropriate controls and defenses in place to safeguard against new threats.
Bloomberg Industry Group employs a robust and comprehensive information security program designed to detect, protect, contain, and respond to security threats. Our Security Operations program provides round-the-clock coverage, continuous monitoring and business continuity should operations in any region become unavailable. Bloomberg Industry Group has comprehensive business continuity plans in place, outlining the processes and recovery strategies we will implement in response to a security, technological, or other event that may have an adverse impact on our products and, or operations.
Our operations, products and infrastructure are designed to provide robust and reliable service. We build redundancy into our processes, systems and teams, and account for additional resiliency with contingency plans. Bloomberg Industry Group considers any critical third-party providers in our business continuity planning. In addition, Bloomberg Industry Group does not rely on any critical service providers or infrastructure located in Eastern Europe.
Additionally, all Bloomberg Industry Group employees receive mandatory security awareness training that educates on current and high-risk security threats.
Bloomberg Industry Group will continue to diligently monitor the situation and respond to future developments as needed. We do not anticipate any adverse cyber-related impact from the current situation on the products and services we provide to customers.
As part of this strategy, Bloomberg Industry Group regularly monitors reports of security vulnerabilities and any related threats. Upon learning of the LAPSUS$ hack disclosure that is associated with Okta, Bloomberg Industry Group began an investigation to assess the scope and any potential impact to our information systems and data. Currently, Bloomberg Industry Group has no evidence of any impact to its systems, clients, or their data. Bloomberg Industry Group will continue to actively monitor our systems and take the necessary actions in order to keep our customers safe.
Bloomberg Industry Group regularly monitors reports of security vulnerabilities and any related threats. Upon learning of the Log4j vulnerability CVE-2021-44228, Bloomberg Industry Group began an investigation to assess the scope and any potential impact to our information systems. Response to this vulnerability is underway and follows our standard risk-based approach, including patching, monitoring, assessment, and detection programs.
At this time, Bloomberg Industry Group has no evidence of any impact to clients or their data. Should that change, Bloomberg Industry Group will reach out to those who may be affected.
